garlic
Here is my harvest drying in the sun. The garlic bed is now home to lettuce and pansies. Pretty and soon to be tasty. Mizuna, corn salad, parsley, coriander and arugula will take over in Autumn.
Below is a list of everything currently in my garden. Some items I only have one plant of while others I have 20. Seeing how much I have growing really encourages me. It's nowhere near self-sufficiency levels but it is very satisfying, even exciting.
